IFS and EMDR Sessions
I offer IFS and EMDR individual sessions, as well as group workshops using dance and movement.
This work provides an exploratory space to meet what feels stuck, distressing, or held in repetitive patterns, often shaped by past experiences.
At times, we long for change yet find ourselves caught in protective patterns that were once necessary, particularly when past experiences are reactivated.
My work is informed by Interpersonnal Neurobiology, and based on :
Internal Family Systems (IFS), developed by Dick Schwartz — a respectful model that works with the multiplicity of inner parts and supports greater inner stability and self-leadership.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), developed by Francine Shapiro — an established approach supporting the reprocessing of traumatic memory, including its embodied impact.
My background as a dancer informs a deeply embodied way of working, with attention to somatic awareness and bodily experience. Movement may be integrated when appropriate.
Individual sessions are offered primarily online.
